TAHLEQUAH Due to circumstances beyond the universitys control, the touring production of SUDS: The Rockin' 60s Musical Soap Opera will not be presented on Sunday, March 9 as a part of Northeastern State University and the Sequoyah Institutes Galaxy of Stars Series.
As an alternative, the Sequoyah Institute will present a swinging performance entitled "Totally Torm " featuring Steve March Torm singing the songs of his father. This performance will happen on Friday, March 7, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. at the NSU Center for the Performing Arts.
Torm is the son of the multitalented Mel Torm and former model Candy Tockstein. Steves show is an evening that includes classic standards, original songs, and stories from his never boring life.
Tickets for Totally Torm
are $20 for adults, $18 for NSU alumni, $16 for NSU employees, $14 for senior citizens, $12 for groups of 10 or more, $10 for students and children, and $5 for NSU students. To purchase tickets, contact the NSU Box Office at 918-458-2075.
