NSU Career Services Hosts Education and Teacher Job Fair

TAHLEQUAH Northeastern State University Career Services will host the Spring 2008 Education and Teacher Job Fair on Monday, April 14 in the Rozell Ballroom at the University Center in Tahlequah.

School representatives will have the opportunity to meet with potential employees and discuss employment opportunities during an open forum from 10-11:30 a.m. Representatives may conduct preliminary interviews with candidates from noon to 4 p.m. The fair is open to the public.

The teacher fair is an integral part of the recruitment process, providing education majors with information about education entities and employment opportunities, said Gayle Anderson, coordinator of Career Services. Participants will discuss the types of teaching careers and vacancies within their entity and the required qualifications. Attendees should come dressed for success and bring plenty of resumes.
