NSU Faculty, Students Volunteer at Kids' World

Members of JNSU perform at Kids' World, hosted by the Tulsa Global Alliance.
TULSA Students and faculty from Northeastern State University recently volunteered at Kids' World, hosted by the Tulsa Global Alliance in the QuikTrip Center at the Tulsa Expo Square.
The four-day event aims to promote understanding and peace by creating an inspiring, entertaining and educational international childrens event to increase tolerance and appreciation of all cultures. Kids' World is produced every other year by Tulsa Global Alliance. The theme for 2008 was Color Your World Green.
Students and faculty from Kappa Delta Pi, JNSU and the NSU College of Education volunteered to work at Kids' World 2008. NSUs booth reflected ways for students to recycle at home and at school. NSU volunteers also worked in the Utsunomiya, Japan booth. JNSU performed during the event.
