NSU Web Broadcast Features Government Website Resources

TAHLEQUAH The Northeastern State University John Vaughan Library will host Energy 101: Explorations in Information, a web broadcast with Tim Byrne, technical reports specialist with the Office of Technical and Scientific Information in the U.S. Department of Energy located in Oakridge, Tenn., on Thursday, March 26 from 9 a.m. to noon in Computer Lab 105.

Byrne will present a hands-on introduction to the wealth of scientific and technological information available from the Department of Energy. He will showcase web-based resources available for public use, including www.scienceaccelerator.gov, www.science.gov, worldwidescience.org, and www.osti.gov/dataexplorer.
