NSU Hosts Diversity Week 2009

TAHLEQUAH Northeastern State University will host Diversity Week: Open Your Heart to Diversity from Monday, March 30 to Friday, April 3 on the Tahlequah campus.

The week kicks off on Monday, March 30 with a Diversity History Exhibit that will be on display in the University Center Lower Lobby all week. The exhibit is provided on loan from Advocating Change Together (ACT), a grassroots disability rights organization run by and for people with developmental and other disabilities. ACTs mission is to help people across disabilities to see themselves as part of a larger disability rights movement and make connections to other civil and human rights struggles.
