NSU Honors Five Outstanding Leaders During Homecoming 2005 September 26

TAHLEQUAH - Homecoming was in the air as Northeastern and downtown Tahlequah businesses celebrated Homecoming 2005, "Welcome to Reality" September 22-24, with a host of activities including the Rowdy Redmen Golf Event, NSU Street Party, traditional homecoming football game, Emerald Ball, and more.

Each year the NSU Alumni Association recognizes a select group of Alumni during the Homecoming weekend celebration. Honored this year were:
- Larry Adair (Stilwell), Distinguished Alumnus,
- Dr. John Carletti (Tulsa), Distinguished Alumnus,
- Susan Illgen (Oklahoma City), Young Alumnus, and
- Roy and Mary Cartwright (Tahlequah), President-s Award for Community Service.

NSU-s Homecoming celebration was made possible through the generous support of its 2005 sponsors, which included BancFirst, Love Bottling Company, Consolidated Printing Solutions, J.D. Young Company, MBNA, Liberty Mutual, and Dollar Thrifty.
