NSU RiverHawks Wellness Center Community Open House – March 5

(Tahlequah, Okla.)--Northeastern State University will officially unveil its refurbished, state-of-the-art RiverHawks Wellness Center on March 5 during an open house from10 a.m.to 2 p.m. NSU and Tahlequah area community members are invited to tour the universitys newest fitness facilities, which include an Olympic-sized swimming pool, indoor running track and two full-sized basketball courts.

More than a gym, this center boasts of spacious open areas for weight and cardio training, large multipurpose group fitness rooms and accommodating locker rooms and showers. The center also houses the Student Health Center and the College of Educations department of Health and Kinesiology.

Full-time students, faculty and staff can utilize the facilities at no cost, with affordable rates available for everyone else, from staff family members to the wider community.
