NSU Living Literature Center Announces Summer 2004 Trip
TAHLEQUAH Applications for Northeastern State University's 2004 Literary Summer Tour are now being accepted. Sponsored by the Living Literature Center at NSU, the tour begins May 26 and includes visits to the exciting cities of London, Paris, Florence, and Rome. More than 14 cultural highlights are included in the 10-day trip including Buckingham Palace, St. Paul's Cathedral, the Eiffel Tower, the Coliseum, and more.
Students have the option to extend their tour an additional two days with an extra night spent in Rome and one night in Sorrento. There, they can experience the Pompeii Roman Ruins and an Isle of Capri cruise.
Participants can earn college credit in Humanities, Art (both undergraduate) and English (undergraduate/graduate).

The cost for the 2004 Summer Arts and Letters Tour is approximately $2050 (not including tuition), which includes round trip airfare, seven overnight stays (9 with extension) in hotels with private bathrooms, plus one night couchette accommodation, complete European breakfast and dinner daily, full-time bilingual Tour Director, five sightseeing tours led by licensed local guide (seven with extension), 12 visits to special attractions (14 with extension), two walking tours, one sightseeing briefing, and one orientation tour.
