Bio
Dr. Louis A. Blowers II is a Clinical Assistant Professor for the NSU Oklahoma College
of Optometry. Dr. Blowers has been a member of the faculty at NSUOCO since 2020 and
is currently assigned to the Redbird Smith Health Center. He graduated from NSUOCO
in 2018 and completed a residency in Primary Eye Care and Ocular Disease at the Springfield,
MO, VA clinic in 2019. Previous to that he completed his undergraduate degree in Health
Sciences at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2014.
