Bio
Dr. Estes has been an occupational therapist for 15 years. She received her Master
of Science in Occupational Therapy from Belmont University in Nashville, TN., and
her Doctor of Occupational Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions
in Provo, UT. Dr. Estes has worked in a variety of settings, including Ped, Adult,
and Geriatric, in-home health, ICU/NICU, acute and long-term care, and school settings.
Dr. Estes has teaching experience in the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and
community education.

Dr. Estes's research interests include the impact of health and wellness on adults
with chronic illness.
Dr. Estes enjoys teaching a variety of topics, including Neuroscience, Anatomy, Clinical
Conditions, fall prevention, work ergonomics, and Occupational Therapys role in health
and wellness.
