Bio

I have a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences. I have over fifteen years of related work experience in the field of health sciences, both academically and clinically, with involvements in nutrition education, scientific research, nutrition assessment, and pediatric and adolescent nutrition. I serve as the Director of the Didactic Program in Dietetics and Assistant Professor at Northeastern State University. I have been at NSU as full-time faculty since August 2022 and accepted the position as program director in January 2023.
