Bio

Dr. Moquin earned his Ph.D. in Information Systems from Baylor University. He is an IT behavioral scientist focusing on systems, networking, and cybersecurity. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Information systems and cybersecurity. He also holds an ISC2 CISSP and is a member of ISC2, the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), and the Association for Information Systems (AIS). He publishes in various journals, such as the Journal of Computer Information Systems, Information and Management, and IS conferences. He holds an MSIS from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and a BS in computer science from the University of Central Texas.

Dr. Moquin has worked in manufacturing and software organizations for 30+ years. His practical experience covers cybersecurity, programming, application development, systems analysis and design, special projects, networking, project management, budgeting, and team building.
