Bio

Jayme Myers, MHS, PA-C serves as the Interim Program Director for the PA program. She thrives on curriculum planning and management and is becoming very familiar with the ARC-PA accreditation standards. She is always collaborating with colleagues on innovations for PA education. A former Razorback, Myers earned a BSE in Pre-Professional Kinesiology at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and then continued her education at the University of Oklahoma Physician Associate program in Oklahoma City. She has a special interest in providing care for the underserved and vulnerable populations. She has precepted several students in her clinical practice and has always enjoyed training the next generation of PAs. She enjoys PA education because of the impact of her work not only in the classroom, but the community as well. The students she helps train go on to serve patients and families, multiplying the positive impact in underserved communities.
