Jennifer Nichols

Bio

Jennifer Nichols is an Instructor of Management in the Business Administration department at Northeastern State University. She brings a decade of experience in higher education support and leadership roles into the classroom. Prior to teaching, she led the admissions and recruitment teams where she developed strategic initiatives, implemented data-driven systems, and advanced student access and engagement through measurable outcomes. Her teaching integrates analytics, real-world business applications, and experiential learning to prepare students for success in a global, data-driven workforce.
Nichols is a proud NSU alumna, earning both her MBA in Business Analytics and Bachelor of Business Administration from NSU.
