Bio
A native Oklahoman, Dr. Ross attended NSU for her undergraduate and Master's degrees, and graduated from the University of Kansas with a PhD in Communication Studies. She joined the faculty at Northeastern in 2019 and is now an Associate Professor, also serving as the Communication Studies program coordinator.Dr. Ross currently teaches undergraduate courses including Interpersonal Communication and Family Communication. Her research focuses on the intersection of interpersonal and organizational communication, more specifically on work/life balance.
