Bio
Sue Semrow came to Northeastern State University as a student, and became a faculty
member in 1991. Sue is currently an Instructor of English within the Department of
Languages and Literature, and serves on a number of committees across the university.
Education:
- BA, English Education , Northeastern State University, 1991
Langston Hughes, Robert Hayden, Kathleen Finnerand, and writers and photographers
that wrote about and photographed the Great Depression.
I enjoy teaching Freshman Composition I and showing students how to express their
true selves on paper. I also enjoy teaching Introduction to Literature and showing
students how to find themselves in literary works, how to connect with humanity and
life through literature.
