Committee: Enrollment Correction

Membership

Two faculty members serving two-years, staggered terms, representatives from the Registrar’s Office, University Advising, Financial Aid, Bursar’s Office, two student representatives and two Student Affairs representatives selected by the president from five nominations. The Registrar’s representative will chair the committee.  Student’s filing an appeal may ask that students not participate in the process due to any number of concerns.

Function

This committee is responsible for reviewing student requests for enrollment corrections and medical withdrawals which impact transcripted work. The committee reports to the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs.

Meetings

This committee meets monthly, during the first week of the month Minutes are sent to the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs.
