Registration Continues for NSU Higher Education Teaching

TAHLEQUAH Registration continues for the 2004 Oklahoma Higher Education Teaching and Learning Conference hosted by Northeastern State University on April 1. Titled "Constructing a Learning Community," the expanded conference offers a broad range of sessions and services to include 24 general program sessions, an exhibit room of academic and business product vendors, conference proceedings on CD, and a panel discussion in addition to lunch and a reception. The conference will be held in the NSU University Center (Tahlequah) from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Faculty and administration from surrounding Oklahoma higher education institutions will present a variety of higher education issues including: Curriculum & Instruction (including ethics, diversity, and global issues); Policies & Procedures; Technology Issues; Learning Outcomes; and Citizenship/Service Learning.

Registration. Early-bird registration for faculty is $50. After March 11, faculty registration will be $70. Students can attend the conference for $20.
