Lights On Ceremony Postponed Until Dec. 5

TAHLEQUAH Due to pending inclement weather, Northeastern State University and the Tahlequah Main Street Association have postponed the Lights On and Holiday Stroll until Tuesday, Dec. 5 at 5:30 p.m. in front of Seminary Hall.

The public is invited to join President Dr. Larry and First Lady Pam Williams for an evening of outstanding entertainment and a visit from Santa.

Scheduled entertainers include the Heart o the Hills Sweet Adelines Chorus, Kindred Spirits Praise Choir and Cherokee Elementary School Third Grade ChoirPam will also read Twas the Night Before Christmas.

Following the ceremony, plan to visit local merchants and enjoy a free carriage ride down Tahlequahs Main Street.
