TAHLEQUAH The Northeastern State University Department of Communication and Art is proud to announce the winners in the Fifth Annual NSU Student Juried Art Exhibition.
"There were a record number of student artists and total entries, and the overall quality of the artwork was outstanding," said Bobby Martin, Northeastern State University Art Program Coordinator.
This year's juror was Mickel Yantz, curator at the Cherokee National Historical Society. The exhibition is on display until May 5 at the NSU Gallery, 325 N. Muskogee in downtown Tahlequah.
Immediately following the close of the exhibition in Tahlequah, the winning artworks will be put on display at the Gilcrease Museum in Tulsa.
