Congressman-elect Mullin to hold town hall meeting

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. -- Markwayne Mullin, the congressman-elect for Oklahoma's Second U.S. Congressional District, will conduct a "listening town hall meeting" on Dec. 4 from 6-7 p.m. on the campus of Northeastern State University.

The meeting is in the auditorium of the W. Roger Webb Educational Technology Center. The public is welcome and admission is free.Mullin will speak briefly and take questions or listen to comments from those in attendance as time allows.

The meeting is part of a listening tour which will visit each of the district's 26 counties for the purpose of hearing from constituents.

Mullin was elected on Nov. 6 to represent District 2. He takes office in the House of Representatives with the 113th United States Congress on Jan. 6, 2013. He is replacing the retiring Rep. Dan Boren.
