TAHLEQUAH, Okla. -- Northeastern State University's spring sports are having successful seasons as the end of the academic year approaches.

Leading the way is the tennis program (22-3), which recently finished runner-up at the 2013 Mid-American Intercollegiate Athletics Association Womens Tennis Championship in Springfield, Mo. The womens golf team also placed second at the 2013 MIAA Womens Golf Championship in Smithville, Mo., while the men came in sixth at the MIAA Mens Golf Championship.
