Outstanding alumnus nominations being accepted

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. -- Each year, the Alumni Association Board of Directors selects the honorees for Distinguished Alumnus and Outstanding Young Alumnus; both of which are honored at Homecoming and the Emerald Ball.

These awards are presented annually to an NSU alumnus who, through personal achievement and service, has brought honor and distinction to both himself/herself and the University. The Outstanding Young Alumnus has the distinction of having graduated from NSU in the past 20 years.

The Northeastern State University Alumni Association would like to extend a call for nominations for Outstanding Alumnus in both categories. Please be thinking of who it is that you would like to see receive one of these incredible honors.

Those interested in nominating someone can do so online, by visiting nsualumni.com under the Alumni Programs tab.

Nominations will be accepted beginning April 1 through May 16. Nominators might be contacted to provide additional information on their nominee. For more information, contact the NSU Alumni Association at 918.458.2143.
