NSU offers new Smart Choice transfer scholarship

(Tahlequah, Broken Arrow, Muskogee, Okla.)--Smart Choice, NSUs partnership program aimed at providing community college students a seamless transition to university programs, just got smarter. Eligible Smart Choice transfer students have an opportunity to receive a $1,500 scholarship$750 for two consecutive semestersbeginning spring 2015. NSU's Smart Choice partner institutions include Carl Albert State College, Connors State College, Eastern Oklahoma State College, Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College and Tulsa Community College.

To qualify, students must have a minimum grade-point average of 3.0, complete NSUs application for admission and be admitted to NSU. Preference will be given to individuals who have completed/earned an associate of arts or an associate of sciences degree, and have completed a minimum of 45 credit hours.
