Just a few days after Veterans Day, The Wind Ensemble will present a program of American-themed music commemorating America, its heroes and some of the events that have shaped our past and current history. The concert will include music from Morton Gould, John Adams, John Williams and Aaron Copland. A performance of Coplands Lincoln Portrait and a tribute to the victims of the 9/11 attacks will also be included.
