Eller welcomed to NSU Alumni Association board

Northeastern State Universitys Alumni Association recently welcomed Kristin Eller as a new board member.
Eller graduated from NSU in 2008 with a degree in accounting and financial planning. While attending NSU, Eller was a Senator Herb Rozell Scholar, Big Event volunteer and Rookie Bridge Camp volunteer. She was a part of the Honors Program and Alpha Sigma Alpha.
Eller said she has amazing memories from her time at NSU. She said she has a hard time deciding on a favorite moment from her NSU days, between her first conversation with her husband-to-be, accounting cookouts at Dr. Yeutters house, sorority sisterhoods, late-night gatherings at the rock house and RBC as both a rookie and a volunteer.
Ill just have to land on my first conversation with my husband which was at a Greek Week soccer game at the intramural fields, she said. Ryan Eller was out with a precious golden retriever pup, so of course I went over to pet the puppy. He was fun and charming and the rest was history.
Eller is currently a tax and financial accountant at Mid-Con Energy Operating, LLC. She is a CPA and has been on industry committees with the Oklahoma Society of CPAs. Eller has helped organize volunteer projects at the Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless and volunteer efforts with Mid-Con at the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma.
Detail-oriented and fiscally minded, Ellers skill set gives her the ability to improve smaller items and larger processes.
I have been assigned to the event committee and look forward to exploring ways to engage alumni. I specifically plan on targeting our Greek and accounting/business school alumni involvement, because those were the groups that I was actively involved with in my time at NSU.
