NSU Commencement to be held May 4, 5 and 7

(Tahlequah, Oklahoma) - Students will take to the stage May 4, 5 and 7 as Northeastern State University holds spring 2018 Commencement ceremonies in the NSU Event Center and the Oral Roberts University Mabee Center.
The NSU Event Center will be the location of the Tahlequah ceremonies. The College of Education ceremony will take place May 4 at 7 p.m. The guest speaker will be Allan Trimble, 13-time state championship football coach at Jenks High School and one of NSUs 2017 Distinguished Alumni.
The Gregg Wadley College of Science & Health Professions and Oklahoma College of Optometry ceremony will begin at 9:30 a.m. on May 5, and the College of Business & Technology and College of Liberal Arts ceremony will begin at 2 p.m. on May 5. The guest speaker for these ceremonies will be Kiemonn Jones, associate municipal judge for the City of Tulsa and NSUs 2017 Outstanding Young Alumna.
The NSU-Broken Arrow Commencement ceremony for all colleges will be at the ORU Mabee Center on May 7 at 7 p.m. NSU President Dr. Steve Turner will speak during the ceremony.
NSU will live stream the Tahlequah commencement ceremonies for relatives and friends who are unable to attend. Commencement videos will also be available after the ceremonies.
