NSU Nutritional Sciences presents healthy holiday recipe event

(Tahlequah, Oklahoma) - Northeastern State Universitys Nutritional Sciences Program and Student Nutrition Association are presenting a new event, A Healthy Twist on Holiday Classics, Dec. 3, 5 and 6 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Science Building, Nutrition Lab.

Watch as Nutritional Sciences Program faculty present healthy twists on holiday classic recipes that are sure to become household favorites. The presentation will include the preparation of three side dishes and three desserts.

This event is free and open to the public, but seating is limited to 20 participants each session and participants will be chosen by raffle. Call 918-444-3800 before 12 p.m. on Nov. 30 to be entered into the participation raffle. Participants will be drawn randomly and notified via email on Nov. 30.
