NSUBA features private art collection during March

Published: 2019-03-05

(Broken Arrow, Oklahoma) - Northeastern State University-Broken Arrow will feature the private collection of Tom Rink as part of its March art exhibit.

Rink, an instructor in the NSUBA Library, has loaned 33 paintings to the exhibit, with the majority by artists from the Tulsa and Broken Arrow area.

Rink said he began collecting art in 1984.

I have been an avid art collector for several years now and am always pleased to share my collection with others, Rink said. NSUBA's Visitors Center Gallery space is a truly wonderful space that should be showcased with an exhibit every month.

Local artists being featured will include Joanna Duck, Duane Duvall, Gil Adams, Julie Miller, Linda Peirson and more. Katie Chichester Mester, Brenda Laney, Rebecca Deneau and other out of state artists are also featured.

The exhibit can be viewed on the first and second floors of the Administrative Services Building Visitors Center Gallery.
