NSU SOAR program registration open for incoming students

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. –Northeastern State University is now accepting registrations for its fall 2025 Student Orientation, Advising and Registration program. SOAR is designed to ease the transition for both first-time freshmen and transfer students as they begin their journey at NSU.

During the event, students will tour the campus and locate their future classrooms, meet with academic advisors to plan and enroll in classes, learn about student life, organizations and campus resources, connect with faculty, staff and current students and network with fellow students

"SOAR is your first step into a community that believes in you, supports you, and celebrates your success—because here, you’re not just starting college—you’re joining a family,” Jessica Lear, Coordinator of SOAR, said.

Available SOAR dates include May 15, 20, 22 and 27; June 11, 13, 18, 21; July 15, 17, 30; and August 6.
