Discuss Cozy: a Stanley Hastings Mystery with Dr. Bill Corbett

(Tahlequah, Okla.)-- Join fellow literature enthusiasts at the Crime and Comedy, Lets Talk About It Oklahoma Book Discussion, where this months book is Cozy: A Stanley Hastings Mystery, by Parnell Hall. The book discussion is scheduled forTuesday, April 12, 2016, from6 to 7 p.m. at the Northeastern State University John Vaughan Library, second floor landing, on the Tahlequah campus.

The program begins with a presentation by history scholar, Dr. Bill Corbett, who will relate the book to the theme and talk about such issues as the authors life, the historical context of the work, the literary significance of the work, or its contemporary relevance. A book discussion will follow.

"This book discussion program serves as an excellent avenue to foster community dialogue and connect people with our finest Oklahoma scholars," Samantha Clifford, instructor, said.

Stop by the NSU John Vaughan library to borrow a copy of Cozy: A Stanley Hastings Mystery. The presentation and discussion are free to attend and open to the public with refreshments available.

This book discussion and presentation is made possible by The Oklahoma Humanities Council.
