Jana Jae Fiddle Festival Opens NSU Galaxy of Stars Spring Schedule

(TAHLEQUAH, OK)--The Sequoyah Institute at Northeastern State University opens the spring season of its 24th annual Galaxy of Stars series with the Jana Jae Fiddle Festival on Feb. 26 at 7:30 p.m. in the Tahlequah High School Performing Arts Center.
Playing country to classical and everything in between, the festival features an evening of performances that showcase the styles, sounds and players of the fiddle. During her career, Jae has met talented musicians who have inspired and encouraged her from young musicians to the more experienced. She shares the spotlight with some of her favorite fiddle players.
Performers will hold an additional one-hour workshop and concert for music students from local schools on Feb. 26 at 10 a.m. in the THS PAC.
