NSU Green Country Jazz Festival is March 8

Northeastern State University's Jazz Ensemble continues its Green Country Jazz Series with the sixth annual Judges Jam on March 7 and the 43rd annual Green Country Jazz Festival on March 8.

Featured performer saxophonist Chris Potter (www.chrispottermusic.com) will perform with the Jazz Ensemble at both events.

The Judges Jam is at 8 p.m. in the Jazz Lab. The Green Country Jazz Festival is Monday at the University Center.

The Green Country Jazz Series is presented with the help of the National Endowment for the Arts and the Oklahoma Arts Council.

Admission to the Judges Jam is $5. Tickets to the Green Country Jazz Festival are $6 for students, $12 for the public. For reservations or more information call 918-444-4603
