Students Selected for NSU’s 48th Annual Honors Awards Assembly

Nearly 300 awards will be presented to students during Northeastern State Universitys 48th Annual Honors Assembly on Friday, April 8 at 7:30 p.m. in the University Center Ballroom on the Tahlequah campus. Students in several categories will be recognized: Academic Achievement Awards, where each undergraduate and graduate degree-granting discipline may qualify one student for outstanding academic achievement; Honor Society Awards, where students are nominated by NSU faculty or staff for participation in University organizations and activities, excellence in academic achievement, and demonstration of citizenship, leadership, group participation, moral and social development; And Whos Who in America Award, where recipients are selected based on scholarship ability, participation and leadership in academic and extracurricular activities, citizenship and service to NSU and potential for future achievement.
