NSU to host RiverHawk Hype-April 6

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. — Northeastern State University will host RiverHawk Hype-Accepted Student Day for incoming students on April 6.
 
RiverHawk Hype is an event for newly admitted students starting in the Summer and Fall 2024 semesters.
 
During this event, incoming students will be able to explore the beautiful Tahlequah campus and learn about next steps for accepted students. Information on orientation and course enrollment, academic advising, scholarships and housing will be provided. At an academic open house, students will meet NSU faculty and learn about NSU’s majors. Attendees will also be able to engage with current students at the Student Organization Fair.

Additionally, students in attendance who have submitted their housing application by noon on April 3 will receive their housing assignment at the event.
 
For lunch, admitted students and their guests will enjoy lunch in the Market Café. There will also be music and games in Second Century Square.
