The program will begin with a welcome from Dr. Carla Swearingen, NSU Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, followed by remarks from Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education Chancellor Allison D. Garrett, Cherokee Nation Deputy Principal Chief Bryan Warner, RUSO Chairman Jane McDermott and more.
Following guest remarks and the presidential charge, Hanley will deliver his presidential address.
