NSU Public Relations Team Receives Awards

TAHLEQUAH Northeastern State Universitys Office of Public Relations was recently honored by the Oklahoma College Public Relations Association for high quality work in the areas of publication, design, and video produced during the 2005-06 academic year.

Assistant Director of Public Relations for Media and Marketing Elizabeth Anderson took first place in Magazines for Imprints, and second place in Cover Design for 2005 Foundation Annual Report, while Assistant Director of Public Relations for Video Services Sean Moran won third place in Film or Video Tape for NSU Video Ids.

Northeasterns Public Relations team has a tradition of producing quality work, said NSU President Dr. Larry Williams. These awards are further evidence of their continued commitment to the institution.

Northeastern participates annually in OCPRA competition that is open to public and private colleges and universities throughout Oklahoma. Awards were presented at the organizations annual meeting held last week at Western Hills Guest Ranch at Sequoyah State Park.
