Tahlequah to host Woman-to-Woman Conference at NSU

(Tahlequah, OK)--The American Association of University Women-Tahlequah Branch invites the women of the community to attend the 10th annual Woman-to-Woman Conference.
Achieving Balance: Body, Mind, and Spirit, co-hosted by the Northeastern State University Office of Student Affairs, highlights ways women in the community can achieve balance within their lives while attending to bodily, mental and spiritual health.
This event is March 6 from 9 a.m. 2 p.m. in the University Center's second-floor ballroom. Admission is free and open to the public.
This years conference is a come-and-go event featuring booths by local venders, speakers in each area of interest, breakout sessions in surrounding classrooms and a bone marrow drive facilitated by Oklahoma Blood Institute.
Local participating venders include Curves for Women, As One Womens Ministry of Tahlequah, Oklahoma Blood Institute, CASA, Suzanne Eller, Vacations R Us, 108 Yoga Studio, Help-In-Crisis, Jane Osti, Girl Scouts, Scrappin Pad, Beauty Technical College, Talking Leaves Job Corps., Cathy Leigh Lamb, Healing Hands Therapeutic Massage, NEO Health and others.
The Tahlequah Branch holds two annual fundraisers. The Tour of Homes at Christmas and participation in the Red Fern Festival. AAUW-Tahlequah Branch provides the Graduate Womans Scholarship yearly to a deserving student at NSU.
