Northeastern State University announces 2025 Outstanding Freshmen recipients
TAHLEQUAH, Okla. — Northeastern State University has recognized 10 students as the 2025 Outstanding Freshmen recipients.
The Outstanding Freshmen award is an annual honor that celebrates first-year students who demonstrate exceptional achievement in academics, leadership and service.
Finalists participate in an interview process, where they discuss their campus experiences, leadership philosophies and aspirations for the future.
“These students have already made a meaningful impact in their short time at NSU,” NSU President Rodney Hanley said. “We are proud to celebrate their dedication and drive as they continue to grow into leaders on our campuses and in their communities and we look forward to watching their endeavors and contributions in the next years.”
