Don’t wing it! NSU to host RiverHawk Hype-Admitted Student Day, April 5

Don’t wing it! NSU to host RiverHawk Hype-Admitted Student Day

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. — Northeastern State University will host RiverHawk Hype-Admitted Student Day for future students on April 5.

RiverHawk Hype is for newly admitted students starting NSU in the 2025 summer and fall semesters. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will include many exciting and helpful activities.

Future students will get their first taste of NSU at the event. They will be able to explore the Tahlequah campus, meet fellow incoming students, interact with upperclassmen, talk with NSU faculty, as well as register for SOAR and Rookie Bridge Camp. This will help them set-up connections for the upcoming semester and make the transition to NSU that much smoother.

Attendees will learn about available degree programs, scholarships, financial aid and residence life. Accepted students will also learn about the many organizations and activities on campus such as, Greek life, athletics and intramurals, leadership opportunities, international study and so much more.

Attendees who have submitted their housing applications by April 3 will receive their housing assignment at the event.

Free lunch will also be provided for those attending. Admitted students and their guests are encouraged to head downtown and enjoy Tahlequah’s 7th Annual Crawfish Fest after the RiverHawk Hype activities conclude.

For more information on the event or to register, visit nsuok.edu/RiverHawkHype.
