Northeastern State University invites high school seniors to explore college life at senior day 2025

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. — Northeastern State University invites high school seniors from across the region to experience college life firsthand at Senior Day 2025, hosted on the Tahlequah campus on Sept. 18 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. with sign in starting at 9 a.m.

This one-day event gives prospective students the opportunity to explore NSU through campus tours, academic advising, student organization presentations and more.

Senior Day is designed to help students envision their future at NSU and make intentional decisions about their college journey. Attendees will learn about degree options, meet with academic advisors, and connect with current students and staff.

Each participant will receive a free T-shirt, complimentary lunch and a waiver for the NSU application fee.

“Senior Day is more than a campus visit; it’s an introduction to the RiverHawk experience,” NSU president, Dr. Rodney Hanley said. “From our supportive faculty and vibrant student life to our rich history and diverse community, we are proud to show potential

 students all that NSU has to offer.”

The event is free, but registration is required. Students are encouraged to sign up early, as space is limited.
