May 12, 2025 – August 14, 2025

  • March 24 – May 14: Enrollment Open
  • May 9: ALL FEES ARE DUE
  • May 12: 14 Week Classes BEGIN
  • May 14: Last Date to Enroll and Add 14 Week Classes
  • May 21: Last Date to Drop any 14 Week Class and Receive a Refund
  • May 26: Memorial Day Holiday observed, campuses closed
  • June 19: Juneteenth National Independence Day, campuses closed
  • July 4: Independence Day Holiday observed, campuses closed
  • July 23: Last Day to Withdraw from 14 Week Classes with a “W”
  • August 13: Last Day to Withdraw from a Single Class or Withdraw from all 14 Week Classes
    NOTE: A grade of “W” can be assigned in classes from which a student withdraws between July 24 and August 13, only if the student has a passing grade at the time of the withdrawal.
  • August 14: Finals
  • August 14: 14 Week Classes END
  • August 19: Faculty Grade Entry Closes (3:00 pm)
  • August 20: Earliest Date that updated Official Transcripts Will Be Available
