Buttons

Buttons provide a clear and visually distinct way for users to navigate to important pages, documents, or external resources. Use concise, descriptive text so users understand exactly where the button will take them.

Below are the available button options:

  1. Edit the content region
    • Click the green Edit button in the content region where the button will appear.
  2. Place your cursor
    • Position the cursor where you want the button to be inserted.
  3. Insert a link
    • Click the Insert/edit link icon in the WYSIWYG toolbar.
  4. Enter the URL
    • Enter the destination URL for the button.
  5. Enter the button text
    • Type the text that will appear on the button.
    • Use clear, accessible language.
  6. Add a title
    • Enter a descriptive title for the button.
  7. Choose the window option
    • Select whether the link will open in:
      • Current window
      • New window
  8. Save and publish
    • Click Save, then Publish (or submit for approval, if required).
