Strategic enrollment management plan

Using collected information from the processes of drafting Retention initiatives and the Strategic Plan for NSU will develop another timeline to collect information to draft a Strategic Enrollment Plan (SEP). Once drafted will solicit feedback in the fall semester and works toward implementation following. Already have recruitment plans for undergraduate and graduate students and a marketing plan and the SEP will utilize and then expand these other plans.

Accurate website info for changing programs

The Acalog Connector piece has been developed and implemented on all of the university's undergraduate and graduate program pages. These connector pieces will ensure that up-to-date information is being pulled from the university catalog and shown on all program pages. A career component piece is being tested with the intention of having this added feature on our program pages soon.

Prioritize experiential learning

Experiential Committee has been formed and will work to develop a plan and timeline for implementing a robust experiential learning experience for all students in all programs. Tracking of experiential learning experiences will be developed along with standards and process to ensure effectiveness for all students and their experiences.

Remove barriers to retention and graduation

Administrative Support Network is active and working to improve front-line services standards across campus to enhance student retention. Retention Committee is also evaluating semester data report and the established retention priorities. All this will lead into the Strategic Enrollment Plan as well.

Retention Commitee will analyze data from semesterly data report to suggest areas for improvement or further research to impact retention. Will also work with Civitas data to supply an executive summary to the Cabinet each semester.
